Cancellation Policy

• If you must cancel a lesson, please do so as far in advance as possible.
• Any lesson cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be made up.
• To cancel a lesson, please contact Stacie via phone or email.
• If a lesson is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice, every effort will be made to make-up the lesson within one week.
• If you decide to terminate lessons with Bella Voce, please give one month's notice.   
• If a student is home from school or work due to illness, they cannot receive a voice lesson that day.

Payment Policy

• In order to guarantee a scheduled day/time, all lessons must be paid 2 (two) months in advance.
• If it is known when making payment, that a lesson will be missed, you may omit payment for up to 2 (two) lessons per two month cycle. However, if you would like a make-up lesson, payment must be made upfront.
• Lessons are offered in 60 ($65), 45 ($50), and 30 ($35) minute intervals.
