Cancellation Policy
- If you must cancel a lesson, please do so as far in advance as possible.
- In the event of a cancellation on the day of a scheduled lesson, you must call (not e-mail) Stacie by 10am; otherwise no make-up lesson will be granted and you will be charged your full lesson fee.
- If you contact Stacie by 10am, every effort will be made to make-up the lesson within one week.
Payment Policy
- All lessons must be paid 2 (two) months in advance.
- If it is known when making payment, that a lesson will be missed, you may omit payment for that week, or if you would like a make-up lesson, payment must be made upfront.
- In order to guarantee a scheduled day/time, a minimum of 6 (six) lessons must be secured per payment.
- Lessons are offered as follows: 60 minutes: $65, 45 minutes: $50, and 30 minutes: $35.
